Few real estate executives in the region can match Art Rosenberg’s experience. Art has amassed an impressive resume while leading transformative projects throughout the upper Midwest. A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, graduate of St. Mary’s Central High School and the University of North Dakota, Art’s penchant for leadership was displayed early as he was elected North Dakota Boys State Governor prior to his senior year in high school.
With experience in government, economic development, and private equity development, Art’s founding of Capital Commercial Realty Group is a natural career extension. As assistant to the majority leader of the North Dakota House of Representatives, Art honed his organizational skills and developed a penchant for navigating the often complex regulatory culture of real estate development. Art served the cities of Tucumcari, NM and greater Fargo-Moorhead as economic development coordinator where he created venture capital funds that raised millions to impact investments in primary sector businesses.
His commercial real estate experience includes tenures with world-renown firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Brandt Holdings, Inc.; developer of Fargo’s Urban Plains, a 200-acre development in sourthwest Fargo, and The Marcil Group; a multi-state redevelopment firm impacting numerous communities across the country. He takes great pride in several high-level projects he developed including: the re-development of KI Sawyer Air Force Base in Marquette, Michigan; the Alien Technology complex in Fargo’s Technology Park, and Ulteig Engineers Corporate Offices in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
Art’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his founding and operating of Davinci Management Group, a business finance and consulting firm that launched several startups and propelled many intermediary businesses to new levels. He continues to serve on the boards of many of the companies he assisted. Art, his wife Mary and daughter Alexis live in Fargo.
